Absolutely no smoking inside the cottage.
To ensure a clean and healthy environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage and within a 2-foot perimeter surrounding the cottage. This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and electronic cigarettes.
Any violation of this no-smoking policy will result in a fine. The fine will cover the cost of removing the smoke smell and nicotine residue from the premises, as per charges levied by a professional cleaning vendor.
The specific fine amount will be determined based on the vendor’s charges for smoke smell removal and nicotine residue cleaning services.
