The reception staff were very helpful with my queries over directions to places, taxis, money and wifi. They were kind and very interesting to chat with you. The staff again really looked after me during breakfast. However, this was an expensive stay for the facilities offered. I got little sleep due to loud music blasting out across the street which I could hear in my room. There was no hairdryer to dry my hair in the evening, although I was advised to ask house keeping in the morning. Generally the room was quite tired and I stayed at much better quality casas throughout my stay in Cuba compared to here, at a much less cost. The breakfast was excellent and the best I had during my 2 week stay in Cuba.

The front desk clerk Barbara is a gem. She really went out of her way to assist me. She is genuine and true. Although our communication was halted we found that we became fast friends. There was another front desk clerk but I didn't get her name and she, too, was kind and wonderful.

Hotel Lincoln chiuso per restauri. Dirottati su altro hotel in zona ma camera sporca, maleodorante e senza finestra. No shampoo no bagnoschiuma solo saponetta.

Arnaque et prestations de pietre qualite
Personnel incompétent avec potentiellement tentative d'arnaque. Nous demande de payer plus cher de suite qu'en ligne (80 au lieu de 40) sans trouver de solution soit la nuitée à 120 €. Réceptionnaire a fait semblant de ne pas comprendre le francais, alors qu'elle nous a parlé en francais. PC de la réception n'avait pas accès a internet et personnel persistait a faire des recherches dans Outlook : logiciel qui indiquait ne pas avoir de connexion au serveur en bas à droite et quand je lui demande de faire la mise à jour, un message d'erreur indiquait ne pas avoir de connexion au serveur Appel du service hotels.com payant (2,3 € / min) Humidité apparente sur les murs. 1 seul ascenseur sur 2 pour monter au 7 eme. Aucun intéret
