Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, da das Personal unfähig war, unsere Reservierung aufzufinden, entgegen der Ausschreibung "freies W-Lan gab es weder Internetzugang noch eine E-Mail Adresse des Hotels. Es verlangte von uns diverse Nachweise der Buchung, Bestätigung, Zahlungsbelege usw., die so, und dann noch in Kuba, schwer zu erbringen waren. Wir mussten ein zusätzliches Deposit über den gesamten Preis hinterlegen, was aufgrund nicht funktionierender Geldautomaten in der ganzen Umgebung zu einem Problem wurde. Das Management war sehr unkooperativ.

The hotel is a beautiful landmark with large vintage rooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only drawback is there are roosters crowing very loudly from 3 a.m. on until morning!

Very nice old house with great rooms, every person working there makes you feel at home . The common areas are very nice and breakfast very good. Located in Miramar, one of the best residential areas in Havana but you will need to take a taxi to go to Old Havana or Vedado.
