Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I arrived at night after a long journey, a lone female traveller to find they were closed for renovations. Expedia have thus far not secured me a refund for the three nights and tried to wash their hands of it. I had to pay a lot more at the last moment to find alternative accommodation, and thankfully the taxi driver from the airport spoke English and helped me. I'm still in Cuba on submission of this review...to be honest they had a cheek asking for it! It had better be resolved once I get home otherwise it won't be my last review of Expedia!!
