Ve per prima cosa arrivo e devo aspettare 10 min sotto perché non apre nessuno …. Poi entro c’è una scala molto pericolosa e alta aparte di scomoda la quale devo salire con le valigie e nessuno viene ad aiutare , non finisce qua , poi non si ricordavano della mia prenotazione in più mi danno una camera che non è quella dell’annuncio e non è quella per la quale avevo pagato e la signora mi ha riferito che la mia camera era già occupata per un altro cliente ,quindi mi spostano in un’altra camera perché poi quella che mi davano loro non mi piaceva visto che era troppo piccola ,chiusa , buia, non c’era aria e non era quella per la quale avevo pagato ,dopo di avermi spostato in un’altra secondo loro più grande che poi sotto era un po’ distrutto diciamo così, sono salita sopra per la camera dove non funzionava bene e l’aria condizionata la doccia non aveva quasi acqua quindi un disastro , io avevo prenotato per tre giorni però all’altro giorno ho avuto un imprevisto per il quale mi ho dovuto spostare per lavoro ma lascio delle cose lì e lascio anche il mio ragazzo noi dormiamo quella notte fuori ma all’altro giorno quando rientra mio ragazzo si trova che hanno aperto le stanza era totalmente aperta la signora era seduta con altre persone lì fuori sul salone e quando vede il mio ragazzo lui chiede perché è aperta la camera e lei semplicemente le dice perché pensavo che voi eravate andati via, comunque io l’ho trovato una mancanza di rispetto assoluta dal inizio a la fine (TERRIBILE)
