Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Couldn’t enter the hotel and had to find another!!
When we arrived at this hotel, there’s nobody. The neighbor comes down to us and he said “The water system is broken and nobody is there, you can’t stay tonight.” “Don’t worry there’s another hotel nearby.” Then we followed him and arrived another cheap one without window. We had to pay extra money. Next day when we visited Don Malecon again, owner was there she said there’s trouble with payment system and no payment occurred. I relieved but I wonder is that my fault and no apology? I really can’t trust this hotel. I don’t recommend unfortunately.
