The owners was extremely caring and nice but they smoke cigrettes around my baby at the dinner table. And flies was everywhere. The water pressure for hot water sucked and the wi-fi was in and out all the time.

In der Buchung wurde bestätigt dass das Frühstück inklusive ist. Vorort wurde dies vom Besitzer abgelehnt, dass es früher so war und es nun 5 USD pro Person kosten soll....

Fue nuestra primera toma de contacto con Cuba y no puedo dejar de agradecer a Vicente su apoyo y ayuda, incluso dejándonos durante dos días su tarjeta telefónica... Y Alina, dándonos su cariño y todo de lo poco que disponen a pesar de no atravesar su mejor momento. No es la casa más lujosa, pero sí la mejor opción.

Wifi disponível. Excelente atendimento.
Vicente é uma pessoa maravilhosa e nós faz sentir em casa. Extremamente gentil, atencioso e prestativo. Acolheu nossos pedidos e nós mantives confortáveis durante a estadia, nós deu ótimas dicas. O local é uma típica casa cubana, com teto muito alto (mais de 4 metros) o que fazia o quarto ser muito fresco mas continha ventilador e ar condicionado. Possuía dois tipos de café da manhã. Vicente e sua esposa proporcionam ótimos momentos para bons papos. O quartos era agradável e limpo. Muito próximo ao malecon. Para quem procura economia e precisa de wi-fi o tempo todo é a melhor opção da cidade.

O preço é bem acessível, e o atendimento do casal Alina e Vicente é solícito e cordial. É uma hospedaria caseira para uma viagem econômica. Está localizada perto do evento de que participamos junto à orla. A região é de sobrados requintados do passado que hoje vive outra realidade mais empobrecida, entretanto, nos sentimos perfeitamente seguros num bairro hoje popular como esse.

Ce logement ne correspondait pas à l’offre, chambre sans fenêtre, équipements pitoyables : à fuir. Comment Expédia a pu agréer un tel logement ? Les petits déjeuners sont également réduits à un petit pain avec une fine tranche de saucisse ou de pâte de goyave Par contre l’hôte Vincent est gentil.

Cuando llegamos los señores que estaban en la casa no sabían que tenían una reserva, dijeron que eso lo llevaba su hijo y no les había avisado. Estaba todo bastante sucio y en mal estado en general.

Don Vicente y Doña Alina son amables, atentos, te explican el manejo del sistema en Cuba en relacion direcciones, donde comer, donde cambiar dinero, ellos ofrecen tambien servicio de cambio de euro a pesos cubanos a un precio justo; la habitacion limpia, la camada comoda; el desayuno generoso, rico, con muchas frutas y cafe cubano; el hospedaje no es lejos del centro para ir caminando, esta a 2 cuadras del malecon donde se puede dar una caminata agradable por las tardes

The property was close to the malecon. It was easy walking to the capitol building and the square. Stayed 2 nights at this casa and we had no water or electricity for a portion. It’s Cuba! They did have wifi from 11am to 3 am daily. Breakfast was great and the coffee was good. Basic casa, it had a fridge and air conditioner.
