Classy rooms and attentive service. Great area to walk around and admire the impressive houses surrounding the property. Would have benefited from some small touches, like bottled water or a kettle and some tea bags as the kitchen was just bare.

the uniqueness about this property is the manager of the hotel and the staff. i felt very secure with the tips they gave me about exchange money, best places to go and best places to stay when outside Havana. the rooms in the hotel are beautiful and quiet. i will stay there again and recommend to my friends!

This property is special in its own unique way. It was comforting, beautiful and safe. The property has a buzzer system along with cameras and the property is well lit at night, in fact it is the prettiest property on the street both at day and night. I want to say thank you especially to the hotel manager who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His hospitality is unmatched and his staff was just as exceptional. This property is definitely a must stay.

The customer service was outstanding and friendly, especially Osvaldo. A very unique property with an artistic theme, with very good breakfast and drinks. I didn't have a Cuban cell plan and they helped me set up some rides and gave me restaurant recommendations. If you haven't traveled to Cuba before and don't know what to expect in general, Artehotel really helps you get settled in and figure out how to get around and get along.
