The entire Loft. No access to the House, garage, pool, or backyard.
Interaction with guests
We are available at all times to answer your questions from 8 AM to 9 PM every day, by email. Any messages received outside of these hours will be responded to during the mentioned availability hours.
Other things to note
NO PETS - NO SMOKING - NO PARTIES
- No access to the main property, its grounds, or the pool.
- Adults only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children.
- There are several steps to access the unit.
- Our kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooktop (no oven).
- No washer/dryer.
- We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per person, per stay.
NEIGHBORHOOD QUIET - COMPLAINTS
We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We are not in a forest, and there is a road in front of the house. Respect for the neighborhood is our priority. AT ALL TIMES, we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and excessive noise both inside and outside the house, with the consequence of abruptly ending your stay without a refund. The city's noise curfew is at 9 pm.
SHOOTING/FILMING/EVENTS
Please contact us to validate the feasibility of your project. We have different pricing and requirements for these types of reservations. It is strictly forbidden to take photos for commercial purposes without informing us and having our authorization beforehand. Note that we do not accept weddings or celebration events.

DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS
Upon your departure, we ask that you:
Leave dirty towels in the bathroom floor
Place your dirty dishes in the dishwasher and make sure to run it
Leave no dirty or clean dishes in the sink or on the counters, nor any kitchen items
Empty trash bins in the house and put the garbage in the appropriate outdoor bins
Lock the door and return the key to the key box
