"We love Bude and now we’ve found the perfect place to stay too. Little Rowans is beautiful. It is spacious, luxurious and airy. Everything you could need indoors and the most lovely garden to relax in. We had a wonderful holiday, thank you Helen and Andy."

"A fantastic property set in quiet, idyllic surroundings. A great layout and had all mod cons that you could think of. The pictures do not do it justice and we will definitely be back. Our only issue which was out of the owners control which was a power cut to all of the surrounding area due to Storm Darragh, but they were on hand to do everything they could to assist during it. "

"Had a lovely holiday week. We had the house and flat, ideal for our party of 9 and three dogs. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Kitchens have just been refurbished, main house one wasn't quite finished but not a problem. Love the outside space too, enclosed garden for the children and dogs. Visited both the pubs for drinks and meals too, good food and welcome."

"Three generations stayed here and all loved it. My 5 year old grandson was amazed at the “upside down” house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was good for getting around. "What a well equipped, comfortable welcoming property. Location walkable over the burrows to the beach with a surf board or the kids with their buckets and spades.
