"As a family of 4, we stayed for 4 days / 3 nights as a last-minute break to Westward Ho! Numbered parking space. Lovely garden area. Outdoor seating area but too chilly in October! Access via key lock through to shared hall. On entering, we were greeted by the large ground floor, apartment. Recently decorated and spotlessly clean. Area in the hall to hang coats and leave shoes. Kitchen contains dining table and four chairs. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine,...

"As there is a check out time of 9.30 and check in time of 4pm I would expect the property to be ready for us. The hot tub was being filled at 4pm and was cold it was not close to warm by the following day. But worse was the thick layer of brown scum around the edge. Paying £350 for what is effectively one day and two nights with no hot tub is very poor value There was also a leak in the property in the kitchen and a very wet patch of carpet which I think might have been from the bath leaking"

"Good accommodation great location House was opposite beach and Instow being a small village was close to everything in Instow Great view from balcony were you can sit out and admire beautiful views also great at night time with the lights from Appledore town Would stay again and off road parking a big help just a little tight to get on to drive from road but achievable over all a good stay"

"Excellent property with two full double bedrooms and a wonderful view from the top of a three-storey building onto the mouth of two rivers (facing eastward, just as the photo says). We loved every minute we were in the property. The town has several nice pubs and a charming coffee shop within 200-300 metres walking (jam session music on Sunday nights in very nearby pub (Beaver Inn, but no sound in apartment). Overnight parking on nearby street is free but costs something (£9?) on nearby big...
