"Very unique location for a home to rent. Almost all others in the area is hotels. On the boardwalk and walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Keyless entry, that manually locks. Furniture was not clean. Shower burning hot, but there is an outdoor shower. "

"We’ve been to Placencia several times, but our first stay here. Loved it! Candace’s advice and arrangements, for guides, restaurants, even a massage, were dead on. The location is within easy walking distance of all we could have wanted. And guides picked us up on the beach in front of the property! We thought this might be our last visit here, but reconsidering now. "

"Perfect location, their is a supermarket just next door. The saff is very helpfull and friendly. The only thing I would add is a place to unpack your clothes. The property has no storing nor hangers for your clothes. In the bathroom there are no towel hooks which could be nice to have. The toiletries could have more comfortable dispensers and not just small wooden cups"

"The host, Annalise was very warm and welcoming. Great location. There is a restaurant/bar next door with live music and great food. Although there is a restaurant, there is still plenty of peace and tranquility. The timing of the noise is just right. The size of the unit works - not too big, not too small. I like the touch of the bathrobes, not everyone in Belize provides them, but they should. It's so convenient for the climate when transitioning between showering and dressing."

"Very clean. Carmen the manager was great and so we're all the staff. Right on the main street and all the restaurants, about 150yd from the beach, 100yds from the beach sidewalk. If you have 2 good legs you don't need transportation to access everything in town. Fairly quiet."

The location was excellent - walking distance to all that the village of Placencia has to offer and super close to the northern end of the sidewalk. The apartment is modern and clean, the patio is spacious. Cindy at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Our family had a great stay. We cannot recommend this place enough!"

The villa had everything you could possibly think of. the porches on both sides made for wonderful views. She provided us with a very comprehensive list of things to do in the area, dining, excursions, shopping etc. Highly recommend you use her."
