"We spent 4 nights at this lodge between 28Dec-1Jan and it was excellent. From check in to check out the process was seamless and we had everything we needed. Lodge was cozy, clean and warm and the bathrooms had actually been updated so were newer and nicer than the pics. Area was lovely and quiet. Had a carvery at the Cider barn restaurant about 5 min drive away and we drove into Weston Super Mare (20 mins) and got wristbands for the pier and did ice skating. "We had a really great stay in this Shepherds hut and it had everything we needed. The breakfast bits were a nice touch. The plot is really private and the accommodation is clean and well kept.We also bought a bottle of their own wine, which they kindly delivered at short notice after a text message! Thanks again."
