"Easiest location to public transit, less than half a block walk. Can get anywhere from the location and it’s at the end of the line, in a very quiet area. Can still order pizza in the later evening after the restaurant is closed. "

"This place was surprisingly comfortable. It’s there for the venues it serves and appears fairly minimalist. However, the room was comfortable and, while crowded, the bar was atmospheric. Breakfast is a little disappointing but adequate. My only real complaint is that when ordering in the bar you seem to wait a lot longer if you use the online system - far better to shoulder your way to the bar which seems rather perverse. We did eventually catch one of the servers and finally got our order...

"Great hotel! Not the closest one from the main sites but the metro station is minutes away so you can get anywhere. Big room and big bathroom, everything brand new, looks like the hotel has been recently renovated. I just didn't love the pillows as they were a bit too small for me, more like a cushion. But, still had good nights of sleep. Would definitely come back! "

"Fantastic location in the mall and next to the train station so easy to use as a hub to visit greater Netherlands. The room was a bit small (would have been very tight for two people) but in general it was such a great location it was fine. Breakfast was erratic. Some mornings, no bread and HUGE lines nearly impossible to maneuver, but in general a good location. "

"Unfortunately the staff is not friendly. They just do their job and that's it. The girls at the reception seemed bored. The room was clean but quite impersonal. You say it's transit, you don't feel like staying there for several days. The bathroom towels were clean but very worn. They were leaking blood. It is located 5 minutes from the metro. "Sat right on top of the sparkling Hoog Catharijne shopping mall, right next to Utrecht Centraal station, the hotel is literally a bridge to Utrecht's historic and beautiful moated citadel. Bars, cafes, restaurants, monuments and boat tours are within a short walk, and the hotel itself is a cozy and friendly hideaway with firm, comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. The staff we met were great, but the hotel is very efficient and needed very little interaction with them for a pleasant stay."
