"The property is in an amazing location right on the beach with a small supermarket and a cafe within walking distance. The Lion pub about a mile away is excellent. The only negative comment I would make is that the front garden needs a bit of maintenance and finishing off in some areas. Everything else, perfect. "

"The accommodation is accurately advertised. It is a great location that is walkable to the beach in just a few minutes. The property is stocked with a range of children's toys that are in reasonable condition. The Table Football was a big success. We had children aged 7 and 2, so Netflix with cartoons was useful while getting ready for the day. "

"I have to say a massive thank you to Emma & Vicky for the use of this beautiful home. I have to say that the place is amazing. It is so well thought out with the layout and the furniture. "We had a great break as were very lucky to get the really excellent weather mid September. The house was just the job, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen. Great location near the sea. House is on quiet estate, not that far to walk down to the shops etc on the Street. Coffee stand 5 minutes away. "

"We stayed at the Pool House only last week, and had a lovely time. There were 3 reasonably sized double bedrooms all with en-suite which was a real plus. The pool was large and well-used over the week! It felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, yet within a 200 yard walk, you were in the town of Petworth. "3 generations of us loved this house. Straight out the gate to the beach, Summer house to watch the game, kids in the hot tub glorious kitchen to prep and socialise and cosy living rooms. To be honest, a week isnt enough to to try out all this house has to offer. So welcoming and well equipped we couldnt ask for more. Just wish it was a secret so we can book in again."

"It was a delight to hear the wildlife, and nothing else (!), during my stay at The Hideaway. - Quite refreshing. The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. Walks galore on your doorstep, or just find a spot to sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit."
