"The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. "My husband stayed here while our son attended a Cooperstown Tournament camp. He has nothing but wonderful things to say about this property. It was immaculate, well appointed and did not disappoint. The owners were accommodating and welcoming.We recommend staying here, particularly if you need to go back and forth to Cooperstown. It was a 20 minute drive each way, which was not a problem. Overall a comfortable stay for my husband. "

"The house was clean and well set up. Everybody had a comfortable room and plenty of bathrooms which is a huge plus. Very well located to attractions you would be going to in the area. "My husband stays at the Red Roof Inn when travelling for business. The front desk staff always accommodates his request for a ground floor room. Room amenities are great, never an issue with the bed or heat in room. He even goes to breakfast there rather than a diner so no complaints at all. "
