"We loved our location and accommodations in Leadville. Great place, location to downtown and view from the rooftop. Rooms were comfortable and kitchen well appointed. We will be back. Only issue is I had no code to get in. He said he sent it a month before but was not sent. Get code before you don’t have service on the way there. "

"This was our choice VRBO for 10 of us, college sorority sisters from 35 years prior! The house accommodated us very well. Check-in/-out: straightforward, easy. Granted early check in when my flight changed to an earlier arrival time. Appreciated that flexibility. Ample-sized great room: a wonderful gathering place for visiting & relax with a glass of wine. Large dining table was perfect for our group meals. Kitchen dishware was well-stocked for large groups. We even found a few unexpected spices...

"This was our 20th annual girls trip, and we have stayed all over Colorado in the past two decades. This house was so functional, well-equipped, and lovely. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed for cooking gourmet dinners, and the gathering spaces were so great. The hot tub was clean and nice and hot. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms were so quiet, even when some of our group were up later than others. So impressed with this place; we had a great time and will be back!"

"We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at Charlie & Kait’s rental. The space was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Of special note, the bed was the perfect level of firmness and the shower had amazing water pressure. The area was spacious and private. Excellent and kind communication from the hosts and extra special touches that made our stay even more memorable. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to many restaurants and the riverfront. I would recommend this stay to friends...

"Overall we had a great stay! This house has two separate units with plenty of beds and sleeping spaces. It was clean and had just about everything you would need. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to town depending on which side of downtown you're going. The units are not attached from the inside so unfortunately they do feel a bit separated from each other. We did have an issue with the door code when we arrived but the host was quick to respond and was able to get it reset for us within a few...
