"Hotel is a bit tired, room wasn’t great. Booked a king but was put in a room with 2 singles together which wasn’t great. Tv didn’t work and toilet wasn’t the most reliable. Put in a room 107 where the view was shocking bad facing a roof and wall. Spa is good and staff were really friendly. Probably wouldn’t stay again and would look elsewhere "

"Our single night in the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, with an excellent bed and a very high quality bathroom. Amenities were pretty much standard, including excellent coffee pods and a nice selection of tea. The whole experience was pretty much flawless."
