"Oubaai House is a fabulous holiday base, the photos do not capture the unique nature of this lovely home from home. The reverse level accommodation means that the living areas are flooded with light and there are the most fabulous views from the spacious the deck and pool area. "The host spoiled a central part of our trip to South Africa cancelling our stay short term. Expedia did not offer an alternative accommodation. Instead of staying there for ten days we had to book three different places because everything was booked out in the high season. But when we were in the area we had the chance to visit Owl´s In and were happy not to stay there. Watch out when booking this place!"

"Awful service from the property host amd vrbo. After payment was made, I contacyed the owmer of property. He told me he has no space and is already fully booked. Dod not help me any further. Still waiting for vrbo to hep me with this matter and hoping to get a refund for it was not possible for us to book in."

"Upon arrival at the hotel we received very nice welcome from Charlotte who was more than helpful and friendly. Charlotte is excellent at her job. Hotel was bought this gorgeous views and incredibly well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants luxury ,gorgeous views and a great staff."

"A wonderfully curated property, with so many unique features. You can spend all day exploring property and learning about the history. Fantastic staff, who couldn't be more welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating if they tried. Would've loved to spend longer, and would return at the drop of a hat. If you get the chance, make sure to stay here!"
