"Little confusion at check in and iwa sgiven the wrong form by mistake but quickly rectified so no harm done. The room was large with double bed and a single bed. This is our second stay here so what we expected. I love the recycling idea leave recycle things on desk and they will put in proper places also love the do not disturb sign so they cleaners dont go in when its not needed you can collect extra tea/coffee etc from reception as well as towels loo roll etc and it saves the cleaners cleaning a room that doesnt need it so they have longer for the rooms that need deep clean ready for the next visitor. There is a small bath as well as shower with great water pressure. My only dislike is the toilets are fixed to the wall so the cleaners can clean under them easily great idea i just always felt like it might snap off my own paranoia not a fault with fixings. I do think they should provide a bath mat on all rooms as the floor can be slippy and a hand rail next to toilet for ease of use when you have mobility issues. Only other fault toilet roll kept falling off the holder but thats just the design of it."

"The staff were outstanding. It could of been a 5 star hotel. The gent on recreation offered to carry bags. Advised on the local area. Asked how we were and about our day. There was even an Easter delivery to the room. Unexpected but very lovely. All the staff went above and beyond here. Thank you for the most pleasant and happy stay at a hotel in a very long time."

"I did a last minute booking as I was kicked out from the other inn having they over sold their rooms. Since the late booking, it hasn’t gone through the system, there was a trouble in checking in. Luckily, a male college join in later and helped me to sort out the issue and finally I got a room to stay! "
