The kitchen is stocked well - air fryer, Instant Pot, Keurig, regular coffee maker, coffees/hot chocolate, tea and water and pop in the fridge, and much more! All rooms were, as another guest indicated, sparkling clean! Highly recommend!Two things of note that are different from what I've normally...

"Lots of room for the eight of us. Teens and adults enjoyed the ping pong, foosball, and darts. The kitchen was well stocked. Fun to take the trails along the river. Rose garden was beautiful. Only one tv and it’s small. We wanted to use our fire stick to watch the college World Series and that was challenging. Overall a great rental. We plan to try to book it again next year."
