"Was easy to find, warm, welcoming. Clean. Lovely room. Great breakfast ( maybe some nicer bread, would've been 10 out of 10). "

"It was for our wedding anniversary, love Canterbury and was our first visit to the hotel. Beautiful place, shame we had scaffolding at the back of us, which we looked on to, really rattled and the plastic was flying around due to the high winds."

"This is a very nice hotel well located in the heart of High street and an easy walk to the Cathedral. The daily breakfast buffet is very nice and well staffed."

"Amazing hotel full of history. Gorgeous clean room and a bath to die for. Will definitely be back. The young lad on reception that looked after us was fantastic. He even came to find us when our room was ready early. A very old building full of character and squeaky floorboards but that just added to its charm. "

"Amazing stay. Smooth check in where we were upgraded to a beautiful executive suite. Modern but still lots of character. Lovely pool, sauna and steam room. Polite staff and lovely food. Would happily return there "
