Perfect place to stay for visiting beaches!

"Me and my girlfriend are from Seattle and if you know anything about WA it rains 10 months out of the year. My girlfriend just had her birthday this past Tuesday so we decided to spend the entire week out here. She loves being in the sun more than anything so we decided to visit a different beach each day we were out here.Our stay at Lynn's home was great! It had everything we needed and Lynn was in contact with us almost every day that we were here. There's really nothing that we could point to that could've made our stay any better. We had a blast coming down here and we've already made plans to come back again! Thank you for hosting and taking care of us Lynn! "

Good basic house

"Close to JetBlue Park and RSW. Nice layout. Not the cleanest, and things need to be fixed (holes on back of door, scrapes on floor, poor paint job, blinds on slider don't work, the wifi stopped working so no TV either). Would be nice to have comfortable seating in yard. Not great for seniors - no grab bars in shower. Neighborhood isn't very pretty, and not a lot of shops/restaurants nearby."

Villa Poolside Paradise: Unwind in Tropical Style!

Excellent Stay

"We rented this house for two months in the winter of 25. The home is beautiful and clean. Jana was very friendly, responsive and a pleasure to work with. The kitchen is wonderful, the living room and bedrooms comfortable. The best part was the pool. It is very private separated from the neighbors by trees and foliage. On the back is a canal, on the west side is an empty lot. A lot of homes in Florida are built almost on top of each other and you can almost hear the neighbors snore but not here. It feels very private. we booked next winter in the same home before we left. That should tell you what we think. "
