The second night I was satisfied because the food I ordered was what I ordered. The first night's food was cheaper than what I paid for and there was no apology or refund from anyone. "Exceptional hospitality, food, and amenities - It's a highlight of our trip. When we arrived at property, almost entire staff greeted us on the street by the entrance. Kaiseki meals were wonderful. The second floor recreation room was a happy place to be -Zen garden view, delicious snacks, drinks, and late night soup... The rooms were clean and spacious. Onsen pools were nice, especially the roof top one. We look forward to our next trip there"

"This was the best hotel experience in our Hokkaido trip! Service was top-notched and the staff was treated you with genuine care, give us home feelings and very patient even if we can’t speak Japanese. Our room had traditional tatami mats, a view into a small garden and a glorious bathroom with a mini-onsen bath, supplied direct from the source. The main onsen is serene, with indoor and outdoor baths. The bathrooms are generously supplied with a choice of beauty products. We had dinner included, a sumptuous, traditional meal.
