"It was a private place with an amazing setting. A nice view off the front. Well treed so plenty of birds. A pair of Rosellas came to visit at 20 metres in the morning. Very clean and spacious. Close to Doctors point, the ecological conservation park and Akamoana. "

"The location was great for access to a couple restaurants and grocery store. The flowers in the yard were wonderful. "

"The rental is very clean and very comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds and sofas on our month long trip. The only ding I will give it is for the bathroom and the entry. The bathroom is very tiny. The hill to enter the rental is very steep. There are a couple handles to grab at the top and you will need them. It was a bit difficult to manage luggage up and down. There is not much in the way of restaurants nearby. Dunedin is about a 15-20 minute drive. The rental is between the town and...

Lovely time in Dunedin

"The room was well appointed with small kitchenette and separate bedroom. Washer and dryer in the bathroom. Full size tub/shower. We reserved a parking spot in advance so everything was very easy. One block from a grocery store and several blocks to shopping and restaurants. Only thing that would have helped was instructions on stove and dishwasher. "
