"This was our second trip here because of the fantastic walk-to-everywhere location. Plenty of room for 3 friends, and we will be back soon! Just a note for improvement: The mattresses need an upgrade and there is general deferred maintenance. But overall, this is a super value for the price. Thanks Gaysha!"

"The house was clean with plenty of space and extras to make the week comfortable. Sea Colony was an excellent location with lots of great pools, easy access to the beach with the trams, great sport activities for our teen and college age kids. It was a quiet and scenic neighborhood with trees, landscaping, lakes and walking trails. Very close to the boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf and shops. We really enjoyed our vacation!"
