"Every possible thing you could want for a very relaxing holiday Gwen was exceedingly helpful and informative for our stay. There was spices and teas soy sauce and balsamic vinegar left for us too which was awesome and various other kitchen appliance we could want. We taxied most places because we want a relaxing first week the villa Is up a very steep hill we did try to on or own hire a golf cart it had to be gas because of the gradient Ceasar tried too but they were all booked up if you are planning your trip you should book these carts ahead of your trip. We had a wonderful time thanks again Gwen . "

"We loved our stay! The property grounds are beautiful and meticulously kept, our rooms were clean and modern, the Splash Water Park was fun for both our 5 year old son and for the adults, the pools were clean and great for swimming with our son, the beach was clean and beautiful, and the food was AMAZING!! The breakfast buffet was fresh and had so much variety and was SO tasty, and all the restaurants were fantastic in their multi-course meals in taste, quality, quantity, and presentation. The cafe "Capuchino" was AMAZING and had the best desserts and Baileys Iced Coffees. The cocktails at the bar across from the "Capuchino" cafe was SO great at making cocktails! We loved every one! The staff was always so kind and caring and helpful, and we loved interacting with them everyday. The ocean was always at a yellow flag while we were there, so it wasn't safe enough for our 5 year old son to swim in due to strong waves, but for adults, it was great and actually warm! What a great Pacific Ocean beach! The selection of shops in the little street between the two resorts was delightful, and we found wonderful souvenirs in the shops. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend this all-inclusive! This was our second time there (with the first being in 2010 to the neighbour property RIU Guanacaste All-Inclusive), and we are so glad we went back now with our son and definitely want to go back again! Thank you so much for our wonderful week in Costa Rica! "

"Our family had a 10 day stay Jan 7-17th. Weather wasbeautiful. Home is steps from the beach. Master bedroomhas a balcony where we spent a lot of time watching howler monkeys and a wide variety of birds. We loved themultiple pools and ate many meals at the restaurant. The food was always fantastic. Snorkeling was not the best but awesome for body surfing. If you want nature and quiet, which is what we were looking for, this is your place. Would highly recommend."
