"Landlord tried to make it a good stay. However, property was NOT rent ready by any means. There were leaks coming out of the ceiling into the bedroom below. On the 5th day the sewer started coming up the shower and flooded the entire downstairs where all the rooms were. We tried calling the landlord several times but they NEVER answered the phone. We had to call VRBO to get the landlord to come out. We had to move out and get another place, landlord wants us to pay for her floor and plumbing...

"We stayed here while in town for our sons wedding and the home worked out perfectly. The home easily accommodated 12 adults. We were able to enjoy some fun family time while in town. We would stay here again. There were a few minor maintenance issues but nothing major. The owner was responsive and kind. He even rushed over a new coffee pot when we found that the pot was cracked. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home."

"We enjoyed staying at this modern, updated, spacious home. It had everything you could want and need and more during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked to make home cooked meals, the beds were cozy and comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. It is centrally located and plenty of upscale and down home places to dine. There is also a friendly Walmart close by to get groceries.
