Hotel should provide more training to the lobby staff to have initiative to greet the incoming guests. Although there are auto Check-in and Check-out machines, hotel staff should take initiative to greet and help the guests to use the machine properly when they first step in the reception area. "Nice hotel with great location in the sumida neighborhood. The staff were excellent. The rooms were dated but clean. A little bit pricey for the quality, but we did stay over new years, so it was expected. We did not realize this was a Disney partner property when we booked it, so there were more children than expected."

Hotel occupies 24th floor and above floors of the building so view from the room was great. One thing that I did not like was the size of room. We had a Standard Double room and it was quite small so we had to move around the furniture in order to place two luggage, and the bathroom was barely big enough to move around.
