"Conveniently located direct access to the mall(Mitsukoshi and etc) without walking out to the street in cold weather. Lots of food choices and shopping around. Hotel was very very quiet and beautiful. Staffs were amazing! We especially received many help from the hotel front staff name TAKABE. So polite, helpful, always smiling and her English was great! The property is located conventiently next to Hisayaodori station, with the station entrance on the corner of the block. Front desk staff speak english, making check in easy. I booked a double room non smoking with rainhead shower. The room itself is very spacious by Japan standards, with a great open layout that can easily accomodate 2 people.
