"Nice place, but needed a few minor things taken care of. Sinks didn't drain well (were very slow) and there was a weird smell inside. (Stagnant/Vacant stinky smell). "

"The location and property are amazing. Not oceanfront as I thought by the pictures. Home was older and quirky, but charming. Unfortunately on our first night we were woken by rodents in the ceiling and walls. I made owner aware and she apologized. I emailed her two more times about the same issue. No response which was disappointing. There was no sign of the rodents in the actual house or we would have left. I would have thought this kind of inconvenience would get more than an apology.
