"Another wonderful stay at City Haven II. Teresa's husband is a Rock Star coming over late at night to fix a minor water issue that arose. Great nearby grocery store and restaurants helped fill our abdominal voids which proved helpful because once there we didn't have the urge to leave. We were all kept cozy by the gas fireplace and felt like we were once again "right at home"! Highly recommend this place for hanging, chilling and its general vibe."

"Great spot, neighbors above a bit loud but as a woman checking in alone at night it was very stressful. 1) Street is very dark, hard to see house numbers 2) path to back unit is poor lit, 3) no lights in backyard so very hard to open door in complete darkness 4) door is very cumbersome to open and close "

"We really enjoyed having our own bedrooms. We gifted 4 drink glasses and two wine stems because we thought the glass wear was inadequate. The oven temperature knob had nothing on it but we figured out how to use the thermometer in the oven. It seemed like the refrigerator opened the opposite way but it is a Victorian so I’m sure that was the only way to fit it into a kitchen remodel. A nicer kitchen table would have been appreciated. Kelly was courteous, prompt and helpful with a circuit breaker...

"Getting in the building was easy and the instructions were clear. Using the elevator? Not so much. It would be nice to have deatiled instructions as WHERE TO TAP THE KEY TO ACCESS THE 6TH FLOOR. Hauling luggage up the hot stairwell is not fun. The apartment is cute. It needs to be painted pretty badly. The vents need a good cleaning. I only had decaf coffee available. Did they partner with the coffee shop downstairs so we'd be forced to buy coffee every morning? That was a bummer. Why make us...

"The house was lovely and clean. Host was good at communicating. We had to do a lot of clean up according to their check out procedures before leaving which took an hour and a half, which was frustrating. Other than that a great place to stay. "
