"The property was convenient for our stay and was recommended by Viator for our tour pick-up. Front desk staff was very friendly and helped us when we needed a last minute tour guide fill-in. Air conditioning was great, nice big shower. Very noisy roosters during the night, beds sag in the middle so did wake up a few times. Breakfast does not start until 8, including no coffee so not helpful for an early start. We were surprised with all the chickens around there were no eggs, not even...

"Had a wonderful experience at this cute little hotel. Staff was so warm and friendly, accommodations were so cute, clean, bright and best the AC was very cold. Breakfast was lovely each morning. Fun fact, we weren’t able to book our entire stay at this hotel, so we chose to ‘splurge’ on one of the fancy expensive hotels for our last night. Absolute waste of money. So if you’re wondering if this place is nice enough, trust me it beats the $1000 per night hotel. "

"This is NOT a 5-star resort. WiFi is only in the lobby and intermittent at best. Tiny ants in our room and flies on the food. One member of the staff told me rudely to go into town (a 30 minute walk) if I needed internet, that internet was not important to Rapa Nuians. Don’t advertise you have WIFI if it doesn’t work. Furniture is rudimentary and low, and the bed is a mattress on a tile platform. Drapery rods are copper plumbing tubing. It is an island - everything is shipped in and expensive....
