"Wonderful experience - fantastic staff and service at this “oasis” - the restaurant was wonderful, the pool was refreshing after each day of touring, the staff helped arrange our extra tours and even arranged a rental car for us. "Our stay at Hare Nua was excellent! The property is definitely worth the stay - air conditioned, comfortable rooms with a tropical island like feel. The two best parts besides the rooms themselves are the breakfast (the ask you in advance for your preferences) and the staff that runs the place. The breakfast is awesome. "This is NOT a 5-star resort. WiFi is only in the lobby and intermittent at best. Tiny ants in our room and flies on the food. One member of the staff told me rudely to go into town (a 30 minute walk) if I needed internet, that internet was not important to Rapa Nuians. Don’t advertise you have WIFI if it doesn’t work. Furniture is rudimentary and low, and the bed is a mattress on a tile platform. Drapery rods are copper plumbing tubing. It is an island - everything is shipped in and expensive....
