With a young child it would have been helpful to have cleaning slightly more regularly or a brush provided for sweeping as crumbs quickly gathered around the table. One thing which is out of the hotel’s hands but we did notice is that very often coming in and out of the lobby there were people directly outside the door smoking which was not ideal. Overall very pleasant and easy staff, would recommend for short breaks to Vienna"

"Only once did we see an employee sitting behind the front desk. No one was around when we needed them. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. I won’t stay here again due to the limited hours of expected front desk availability, let alone the actual nearly non-existent availability of hotel staff. "
