"There is good and bad. The good - my colleague and I had questions/issues with supplies and a coffee maker and the numa team helped us very quickly! The bad - The mattress was so soft that I got a terrible backache the whole trip. I ended up putting the ironing board on top of the mattress and sleeping on it. "I love the rooms, location and staff. The airport is very close on non rush hour times. The only negative is that there aren't more rooms to stay in as this will fill up when the word gets out!"
