"We enjoyed the location - walk to a beach for sunrise and kayak in the evening on the river. It was an extremely peaceful setting. The room was comfortable and it was fantastic to have a kitchen with a nice size refrigerator. There was even free laundry on premise! Complimentary beach gear and kayak equipment were available. The grounds would have benefited from more watering and love. We look forward to a return visit."

"This property was located in a great, central location for our princeville stay. Easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, yet felt secluded and private. A little ac would've been nice, but we are from New england, so not as used to the warmer temperatures. Property was very clean and host was accommodating! Overall great stay "

The house has all the amenities you'll need, including essential beach equipment; umbrella, chairs, and cooler, etc. There is a new jacuzzi on the deck as well as new furniture and BBQ. "This place was amazing! Cute guest house with two bedrooms and a loft. Well stocked kitchen. Views from the property at every window were gorgeous! Step onto the beach from the private yard. It is a small bay that seems only accessible by property owners along the few properties that line it. Very private and swim able. I loved waking up here every morning! "We got in late & were very tired The ease of getting into the cottage was very smooth. It is a charming cottage, but needs a couple home improvement issues addressed like the sliding door of the upstairs bedroom, one of the doors seemed to be off the hinge & the carpet downstairs has kind of an odor. I always travel with a diffuser, so no big deal. All in all, we had a lovely stay. Close to the beach, great location, quiet & peaceful. Would stay again. Thank you!"
