"A really well organised and efficient apartment hotel. Rooms have good facilities and are very comfortable and clean. The local area is very nice and near the main shopping area and good for walks. We have stayed at the venue twice and will no doubt visit again soon!"

"The room was comfortable, the breakfasts varied and delicious. We hired hotel bikes for 24 hours for €14 each. All staff (except one man) were friendly and helpful. It was next to lovely St Michaelis church and walking distance to centre and docks. I would recommend this hotel."

"Fantastic apartment hotel, great location right by an S-Bahn station, literally a couple of stops to the airport, and a short ride into the heart of the city. Apartment was well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a kitchenette with a hob (stove top) and microwave. Very sizeable apartment, clean and quiet, barely bumped into any other guests outside of the communal social area on the first floor - will definitely be staying here again the next time that I find myself...

"Excellent customer service, especially from the lovely hotel manager who helped us park our car and gave a lot of information about Hamburg. He was very nice to all of our family - including our 2 teenagers. We were there for the Christmas Markets and the location was perfect. Great coffee shop on the corner close by is recommended for breakfast. Room was great and had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. Close to shops, sights and I would definitely stay again. "This appartment is in a great location for seeing this wonderful city. Check in, although not personal, was remarkably good. Fridge noisy, bed noisy, a little olive oil salt and pepper would have been nice. We didn't need it , but a cutting board in the kitchen should be provided. The toilet paper provided was of the very worst quality! 😀"
