We were visiting for Wake Forest parents weekend, drove through the hurricane, arrived at dinner, & I messaged the host because we hadn’t received our code. He replied immediately (only positive) that he was sorry & had to cancel our reservation. It was 6pm. The condo was overbooked on another platform & someone had already checked in. I don’t understand how this happens because we received VRBO emails reminding us...

"We were in town for a wedding and some hiking. Property is in a nice golf community, and we were able to eat at the clubhouse, use the trails they have on property, as well as get to Stone Mountain easily."
