We've stayed many times over the years but the last 3 or 4 times there's been some sort of a problem. It's a decent place but I don't see is booking again after this experience which stinks.

Comfortable, Clean & Convenient!
"Sandra was a great host and IMMEDIATELY responded to ally our inquiries. The fenced in yard was great for the dog! Plenty of places to enjoy morning coffee outside. It was an easy walk to beach! We even found a bagel shop!"

The city of Hampton Falls was great. The Hampton Falls Inn was a bad experience. The first night there there were blood stains on the sheets. I told the cleaning person about it and when I went to bed that night the same sheets with the blood stains.
