This fully renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom with Heat and AC home has been newly updated and furnished with new beds and furniture and all appliances. The open concept layout of the home offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation at the beach. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, and beautiful cherry shaker cabinets. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices and a coffee maker. There is a bistro table that seats 4 and a spacious dining table that seats 8.The sun-porch is bright and inviting and includes a bar made from shipwreck wood from Hampton beach the bar seats 6 and a roomy couch that can be converted into a comfortable bed for 1. the porch also has games, TV and surround sound. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with queen sized beds, and one bedroom with two twin sized beds. Downstairs, there is one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Including the futon we can comfortably sleep 12 guests.We provide all linens however we do not provide beach towels. There is a full-size washer and dryer conveniently available in the home for laundry. There is a 65'' flatscreen TV in the living room, an incredible sounding stereo, and 2 comfortable sectional couch. The large deck in the backyard is a great place to spend your vacation days outdoors with family and friends. The home is located on a quiet street with views to the marsh, where one may see breathtaking sunset views. The home is within a short walking distance to all of the activities that Hampton Beach has to offer; you can walk to the sandy beach, boardwalk, restaurants, casinos, theaters, and shops in just minutes. Parking is available at the home for up to 4 cars. Please don't hesitate to ask for any special requests or long term rental deals. Relaxing Stay
We enjoyed the stay. The location was quiet and a convenient walk to the beach. The opened concept on the first floor allowed for easier conversations. We appreciated having space for our teenagers to have their own area to hang out.

These property is awesome. You have everything you will need. Only bring yourself and some food to prepare if you want. Have entertainments for kids. (Mini casino game, game console, coloring, movies, and board games. Plenty of comfortable beds. We were 7 adults and 3 children, everyone have their own space.

Great place to stay. Clean and lots of room. Can walk to beach. Only 2 recommendations: wish there would have been water in the fridge upon arrival and when it rains it's hard to get out (big dip right by steps). Only reason it mattered, we were going to a wedding and was hard to get to car in rain. But would stay here again in a heart beat. Loved the location.

Great house great location!
Micah and his house were outstanding! The house is set up well and extremely comfortable. The location of the house is walking distance to anything in Hampton Beach. Looking forward to staying here for our upcoming trips to Hampton Beach.

Very nice property in a convenient location for getting around Hampton Beach. Kitchen very well equipped, plenty of room for 8 of us to spread out. Bathroom sinks a bit small but the showers were nice Would definitely book again next time we are in the area.

Great place!
We have been visiting Hampton Beach as a family for 8yrs. This is the first time we stayed at this house and we can honestly say it has been our favorite. It was very home like, great space for everyone, clean, location was perfect, owners were very nice and they did a wonderful job setting up the place. We will definitely book our trip at this home again!

Great beach house
It was my families first time to Hampton beach and both the town and house were great. The house was a quick walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. It was also on a quiet dead end street which was nice. The house itself had everything you need for a family getaway and is completely remodeled. I would highly recommended this place to anyone looking to spend time in Hampton beach

Columbus day end of season getaway
This is my 3rd time renting this property. Perfect location. Close enough to the beach, casino, restaurants and night spots. At the same time is is on a dead end street without all the hustle and bustle of crowds and noise. It has all the amenities, it is very clean and comfortable, and it is a real bargain as well. I've already booked this place for next year.

The Barn House/Blue Whale
My family including husband, 8 year old son, parents, two brothers, sister and 7 year old niece have been renting this house the last three or four years now. We won't rent anywhere else. This house is a gem...quiet street, short walk to beach and boardwalk, it is supplied with everything you need, from pots and pans to beach accessories...towels and blankets to games. The house is spacious, modern, clean and so comfy. My family thoroughly enjoys our vacations and I am so lucky to have found this home. The owner, Micah is the absolute best! Quiet location
We enjoyed staying here. We had never been to Hampton before, so we didn’t know what to expect. The main strip is very busy, so we liked that it was just a short walk to the beach and that the house is located on a dead end so it was quiet at night. We appreciated the stocked kitchen and laundry facilities as well as the beach chairs and toys. Lots of nice extras like charging cables and night lights.

The Blue Whale is THE best!
Since we have stayed here a few years ago, we will never rent anywhere else. Micah goes over and beyond to accomodate his guests. Great Trip
We stayed in this house 2 years ago, but didn’t book quickly enough to get in for 2022. There were some updates and improvements since our last stay. It’s a little longer walk to the beach and the bandstand than we prefer, but it’s worth it to get a clean and comfortable house. The kids love plying cornhole in the backyard and board games at the bar on the front porch.
