"perfect location"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to McGill, main reason why we were in Montreal, and to downtown. Breakfast options were great. I’m happy as long as there’s boiled eggs and great coffee. My only complaint is parking. They have limited space in their basement parking but you can use the parking lot in the Loto Quebec building across the road for $25 a day. I used both but I prefer the loto Quebec as the space in the apartment lot is so small and tight. Lucky for me, I drive a MINI cooper. I’ll stay with them again next time I visit Montréal."

"We had a wonderful experience staying at the Place d'Armes. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Our room was upgraded for free and was clean and spacious. Great location close to everything. "

"This was a great experience. Our room was on the back and not facing Rene Levesque Blvd so it was quiet. The only down side was the bathroom had a sliding barn door which didn't allow for privacy. They should change that."
