"Very comfortable bed and pillows. You don't want to miss their fabulous breakfast and my husband loved the fresh baked cookies always in the front hall. Nice porchs to sit on and have a drink. We would stay again if ever in the neighborhood. "

"Our stay was awesome. The location was great! The inn was clean and well maintained. Loved the back of the inn where you could sit and relax with coffee or alcoholic drinks outside as well inside. It was cool that every table had a fire pit where you could even roast marshmallows for s’mores. The staff was exceptional! Can’t say enough about this establishment!!"

Angie and Chris are very helpful with recommendations of where to go in the Wilmington area and are wonderful just to talk to being lifelong residents in the Wilmington area. "Perfect for a family get-together weekend - was better than we could have imagined. Quiet, lots of privacy, and close to Wilmington's best pizza (Pie's On Pizza - the calzones are huge!) Incredibly clean and well kept. And the Kasa crew were always a te t away to answer small questions. GREAT experience, highly recommended, and will most definitely go Kasa again...the HIGHEST OF FIVES!"

"Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "

"My husband and I took an impromptu vacation during the off season and wound up in Topsail Island. The suite was spacious and clean. Not sure what it’s like during peak season but I definitely recommend Saltwater Suites. They have bikes you can check out and explore the island. There is a great NY deli on the island that makes a great breakfast sandwich. All in all would recommend. "
