"Newly constructed three-story townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. It’s easy to walk to the marina and state park. An excellent coffee stand is just three blocks away. The kitchen needs bakeware such as a 9x13” pan. The bed in the primary bedroom is hard even with the mattress topper."
