"The pictures do not do this house justice. Sherri went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. She even provided us with a pancake and egg breakfast! We were impressed with the large variety of coffee and tea selections and the spa-like setup in the bathroom as well. Too many little added touches to even mention. We were able to see a lot of wildlife late evenings and early mornings as well. Would love to return someday!"

"Melissa and Bob are the most gracious and helpful hosts. We spent 3 months there to escape our home state winter. Acres of land to explore. Great bass fishing. The dogs are very friendly. The horses Roy and JR, and the donkey Jack are a hoot. All very friendly. Still can say enough about Melissa and Bob, wonderful people. The house had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing and cleaning. The WiFi is super. There is a fiber optic line running thru the property so I suspect they are connected...

"We had to make a trip back to where I grew up for a funeral in a nearby town. The house was so cozy and just exactly what they described in the listing. The owner was so easy to work with and contact. This will be our first option everytime we go home from now. Great little place!!!"

Our two adult children stayed with my dad at his house in Goldthwaite and my husband and I rented this house for ourselves, A cold front had blown in.
