"Melissa and Bob are the most gracious and helpful hosts. We spent 3 months there to escape our home state winter. Acres of land to explore. Great bass fishing. The dogs are very friendly. The horses Roy and JR, and the donkey Jack are a hoot. All very friendly. Still can say enough about Melissa and Bob, wonderful people. The house had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing and cleaning. The WiFi is super. There is a fiber optic line running thru the property so I suspect they are connected...

"My guest and I were very pleased with the the home. Great open layout, very clean, roomy. Communal areas were large for entertaining. "The problem with this rental is a lack of adequate heat. We arrived on a bitterly cold December night a few days before Christmas. "Well, hmmm, the concept was great but the attention to detail was extremely lacking….it certainly would be a tight sleeping arrangement/ squeeze for 4 adults, there were 3 of us. And for starters: Couch was filthy, ladder to the loft …we are in our 60s and was sketchy for our age group AND, Im a pretty adventurous soul and grandma, would NoT want my Grands attempting that ladder to the loft…shower curtain mildewed, coffee pot wasn't working properly… rain came thru the bottom of the door....
