"The property was beautiful including the buildings and landscaping and of course, the water views. The staff was wonderful - helpful, friendly and welcoming. There were several pools to choose from and restaurants as well. Taxis to take us off property to dine and golf were ready at the front entrance so transportation was never a problem. We had an issue with running water in a pipe behind a wall that kept us up one night, but the staff was quick to remedy this and the manager adjusted our bill...

"The property could have been cleaned, dirty dishes on walls and outside buildings. Beach area littered with towels and drink glasses. No one cleaned up the beach area all day. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The new renovations are beautiful and housekeeping was terrific. "
