"I decided to get the kids out of the house for a day or two. We came to Grand Rapids to see the Winter Festival. The employee checking is in was fantastic! He offered us a room upgrade and a late checkout time. Our room was perfect - so clean!"

Be sure to get a room down the hall from the elevator, as the outside floors are old and a bit squeaky, but the rooms themselves are nice and peaceful."
