I'm shocked they used the deposit for cleaning the Hot tub... I clean the entire house and left it in good condition.

Super unhappy.
When we arrived everything seemed okay at first. Until we went to make dinner at 5:00. There was no cutlery. Everything was in the dishwasher which my husband and I had to start because the cleaners didn’t start. I notified the owners about this. Then a few hours later, we noticed ants every where on the counter. We went to check the beds because we felt very uncomfortable with ants on the counters. We found ants in the one bed as well. We called the owners right away and said we aren’t staying due to this and would like a refund. They told us to send picture proof so we did. Now two weeks later and is not even staying there they are telling us they are not refunding us the money. Save yourself the headache and don’t stay here. We have been very gracious towards this company but now am writing this review because they don’t seem to care about their customers.

The house is in a great location. Near restaurant and stores. The floors were dirty. Was charged for 7 persons baby with only 2 towels. When we arrive we found à toilet with urine smelled like it was left for days We left the house cleaner than we received it. But they charged us for extra garbage. Just to keep part of our deposit. Not honest people. I do not recommande to anybody. I will not go back.
