The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is in Glenview West one of the BEST and safest areas in all of Hamilton, surrounded by residential homes and outdoor areas.
Check out some of the top green spaces in Glenview West, including Glenholme Avenue Park or Kenilworth Access Parkette #1, or grab a coffee at one of the local coffeeshops, like Just Crepe N Around Cafe or The Cannon. After unpacking, hit The Gladstone Tavern or Rosedale Sports Bar & Eatery, two of the popular neighbourhood watering holes.
Our home is 10 minutes away from downtown Hamilton and only a 20 minute drive to John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport.
Getting Around:
There's one free driveway parking spot and paid street parking.
This quiet, mostly residential area is conveniently located with easy access to the Red Hill Valley Parkway and Lincoln Alexander Expressway for easy commuting. Once you are on the Red Hill Valley Parkway, getting to the QEW is a breeze. Hamilton's buses run regularly just a few metres from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
• The laundry room is a shared space that you can use. It is located in the basement and costs $3 to wash and $3 to dry. Please note that the laundry room is not available for use between the hours of 10 AM and 4 PM.
• To enhance your experience and comfort, we’re implementing a routine maintenance procedure. A mandatory maintenance visit will occur for each stay, and for long-term bookings, we’ll schedule visits at least once every 7 days. This proactive approach allows us to quickly address any concerns and ensure everything runs smoothly, providing you peace of mind.
• Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.
Please note that you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest after you have confirmed your reservation.
• For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our property and ensures a comfortable experience for our long-term guests.
• Please note the images on the listing are a representation of all the units within the building. The unit you will stay in will be confirmed on your arrival date.
