"A brilliant base from which to explore Hamburg, with shops and places to eat 10 minutes away. I ordered room service breakfast and had a breakfast in the restaurant. There was a choice to meet with all dietary requirements. The room was spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. "Hotel description says unlimited free parking, but this is street parking. Only place to park was in the drive in front of the hotel- blocking other cars. We were Told to move, but a Porche was allowed there later. Small room, bathroom door doesn't slide. Tiny room, even for one person. Be sure to indiCate how many people, or you'll get stuck with a tiny single room. Steep spiral stairs not friendly for wheeled or hEaheavyvy suitcases."
